Personality: Merida is very cunning, sharp witted, and slimy. She can easily manipulate men and women even without the use of magic. Although she had been taught most of her life to hate she can easily get to know a person and form a sincere bond with them. Despite her strong dislike for muggles and mudbloods she usually holds her tongue, not wanting to disrespect someone whom she has no quarrel with. She will hold her loathing inside for fear of making a fool of herself and rising suspicion for her association as a Death Eater. In the worst cases she will make a crude and obscene comment to Merida whom she keeps close, seeing her as a sister.
Past: Mavis's mother was a known Death Eater. After being cornered by Aurors her mother committed suicide rather than being sent to Azkaban. Her father is dead according to her mother. But she was never told how or when he died. Mavis's mother assures her she is pureblood despite her vague understanding of who her father even was.
