What A Day (shared fanfic with Dimi)

Vanessa hurried outside, her long brown hair flowing behind her as she ran, the end of term was upon them and she was determined to enjoy the sunshine while she could.  She smirked as she saw a few girls braiding their hair by the fountain and with a muttered voice cast a simple spell that caused their hair to knot.  Acting oblivious to the shrieks she made her way past them and headed to the lake, she hoped Dimitri would meet her there, it was a place they would meet at when they could.

"You're laaaaate," Dimitri whined from his spot at the river, laying close enough to the edge  to elt the water touch him. 
He was lying down with his hands behind his head and a book covering his face, blocking the sun out completly. "Where you busy being mean again?~" he scolded playfully. 
Like he was any better.

Vanessa laughed and sat next to him, "Maybe I was." She said as she winked down at him.  She lay next to him with her hands playing idly with her hair, "So which book is that?" She asked as she glanced over at him with an amused look on her face.

"Just some book," he murmured lazily, still not moving to remove it or get up. "Soemthign about the most painfull curses to place on someone you dislike," he added in a sickly sweet voice.

She made a face and grabbed the book, "Huh....anything about counter-spells?" She asked as she flipped through the book with a bored air.

He groaned irritated as the rays of sun hit his face and quickly coverd it with his arm. "How about going to the damn library and look? If you try you might actually find something," he mocked, blindly reaching for the book a moment, before snatching it back.

She rolled her eyes at him, "Nah I'm good." She said and lay back as she started to braid her hair.  She didn't mind the sun, in fact it felt nice, "Why aren't you enjoying the sun?" She asked playfully

Placing the book back over his face, he sighend in content as he escaped the sun again. "'Cause it's to bloody warm. And bright, stings my eyes," he mutterd. "I miss the snow!" he whiend like a kid. "Can't think clearly when it's to warm...ugh."

She laughed under her breath and asked in an undertone, "Want me to sing to you?" She knew her singing always comforted him and besides she enjoyed doing anything that made him feel better.

"..." he slightly lifted the book, enough for his eye to look up at her. Muttering somethin to himself, he placed the book bakc over his face. "Yeah, that'd be relaxing.."
He could never really refuse that offer.

She smiled with a slightly triumphant look in her eyes before she started to sing, her voice was a low contralto and almost seductive in a way.  She sang a classic song, Erbame Dich by Bach, she had always loved singing and when she had first arrived at Avalorn she had studied classical music. 

Dimtir felt himself relax almost imediently as his twin began to sing. He's never really been into classic music, but she could sing anything and make it sound like the voice of paradise. At least to him. 
He pushed the book of off his face and carelessly let it fall down on the ground. He watched her lips move, smirking slyly.
"I'm starting to think you're trying to bewitch me."

She stopped singing but a sly smile started to curl the edges of her lips, "And if I am?" She asked quietly before picking up where she had left off.  Her eyes didn't leave his though and she was smiling at him with a certain knowing look in her eye.

His smirk stayed in place, if not growing even wider as he slowly sat up, eyes never leaving hers.
"If you were," he spoke in a low voice as he leaned towards her. "Then I'd rip your tounge out of that pretty little mouth~"

She stopped singing once again, "And if you did, then you wouldn't have me to sing to you again." She said softly.  She sang again and turned her head away to stare out across the lake.

He snickerd, knowing she had a good point. But that wouldn't stop him from anything anyway, ad she probably knew that too. Yes, he might have to deal with more but it's not like he'd die wothout her voice.

When she finished she glanced over at him, "Besides then my pretty little mouth wouldn't be able to be used for more useful things." She said with an almost innocent look on her face before she got up.

He turned back his head to look at ehr, only raising an eyebrow ar her words as if not gettign the hidden message of it. Which obviously he did. 
As soon as she got up however, he grabbed her wrist hard enouhg to leave a brusie afterwards, and yanked her back down, holding her trapped with her back against his chest. 
"Good point there sis," he purred in her ear, one hand travellig upwards until it cupped her chin, making her turn her face towards his. "I bet alot of poor guys would be dissapointed by that~"

She wasn't all that surprised when he yanked her down against him, she felt her heart race when he trailed one hand up her body and when he turned her face towards his she just smiled at him.  "Oh I know there would be." She said quietly, her eyes darting to his lips briefly before raising to meet his.

Dimitri watched her eyes, and so did not miss it when they flutetrd down to his lips for a second. 
So damn obvious... and easy, he thought to himself, letting his other hand linger on her hip before shoving her off and standing up.

She laughed and brushed herself off before shaking her hair back over her shoulders, "Something tells me we'll talk about this again." She said simply as she glanced at him over her shoulder.

"Maybe," he mutterd, picking up the book and brushing off some dirt from it. "Though like it more when you're quiet... Or singing. Or else you're to loud and annoying," he said flatly, turning to face her again with a playfull smile. "You're not even good company most of the time~"

She rolled her eyes, "If you say so, I'll be on my way then...I did promise Gaston that I would do some extra work for him." She said with a shrug.  It wasn't a lie either, after all she had had sex with Gaston before and he wasn't that bad in bed...plus he always made it interesting.

At firt he didn't seem like he cared about anythinng she said, and would elt ehr walk off withotu a care in the world. He knew she's was jelaous and possesive as he could get, and would often just do all she did to piss him off. He knew all this and yet...
"How many times?" he asked calmly, as if speaking about the weather. he smield sweetly at her,much like the way he sued to when it was still only the two of them. "How often do you whore yourself out, just to get my attention?"

She froze and glanced at him, "What does it matter?  He's a good lay and besides who said it was to get your attention?" She asked as she folded her arms.
