WAND-wood- Spruce- Unskilled wandmakers call spruce a difficult wood, but in doing so they reveal their own ineptitude. It is quite true that it requires particular deftness to work with spruce, which produces wands that are ill-matched with cautious or nervous natures, and become positively dangerous in fumbling fingers. The spruce wand requires a firm hand, because it often appears to have its own ideas about what magic it ought to be called upon to produce. However, when a spruce wand meets its match - which, in my experience, is a bold spell-caster with a good sense of humor - it becomes a superb helper, intensely loyal to their owners and capable of producing particularly flamboyant and dramatic effects.
Core- Dragon heart strings- As a rule, dragon heartstrings produce wands with the most power, and which are capable of the most flamboyant spells. Dragon wands tend to learn more quickly than other types. While they can change allegiance if won from their original master, they always bond strongly with the current owner. The dragon wand tends to be easiest to turn to the Dark Arts, though it will not incline that way of its own accord. It is also the most prone of the three cores to accidents, being somewhat temperamental.

PERSONALITY- Cale is kind and sweet and loyal. However he does have a bad temper when the wrong buttons are pushed, which are friends, family, and oddly enough the younger students. He also has a fun playful sense of humor that some people just don’t get. He can be over dramatic and a bit flamboyant when in the mood.
BIO- Cale’s mother was a pureblood of the highest order and like, most of her other relatives, was placed in Gerwulf. After graduating, she met a wonderful muggle man that she married. She, of course, told him about her magical abilities and her family. As the years passed Cale’s father began to have issues with magic and was becoming angry. Cale’s mother, Anita, always believed that he would eventually get over it. Her brothers however didn’t think so. When Cale was six, his three uncles secretly killed Cale’s father believing that if given the chance the man, would become violent with their nephew. They had already seen their sister with a bruise on her eye from where they knew that Cale's father had struck her; they would not allow it to go on. Cale’s mother and Cale are still ignorant of the murder.
As the years passed Cale grew to be just what his uncles and mother wanted him to be, smart, strong, and loyal. He went off to school becoming friends with Jasmine. He was sorted into Gerwulf. For awhile in their first year, they became enemies, because of the rivalary between Gerwulf and Vulpes. They came to their senses about half way through the school year, and went back to being friends, but they became closer because of it. They became even close when Jasmine's mother was murdered by Death-Eaters during their second year, with Cale there to help her through the pain of losing a parent. They became friends with benefits as they got older and began to explore their sexuality together.
